Q2. Is this service really free?
Yes. Our service is completely free for pet owners. There are zero service fees or hidden costs added to your clinic visit. We partner directly with veterinary clinics who pay us a fee for helping them manage their inquiries.
Q3. How long will it take to get my appointment arranged?
We reach out to the clinics immediately. A representative from a clinic will typically contact you directly via WhatsApp, phone, or email within a few hours to finalize your booking.
Q4. Can I use this service for medical emergencies?
No. This service is for non-urgent appointments (like vaccinations, dental cleanings, or routine check-ups). If your pet is in immediate distress, please contact a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital directly.

Q1. Who will be answering my question?
Your question is reviewed and answered by fully qualified, licensed veterinary professionals, primarily sourced from regions with strict regulatory standards like the UK, Australia, and New Zealand (ANZ). The responding vet's real credentials and license details will be displayed clearly alongside their answer.
Q2. Will my personal details be made public?
No. To help other pet owners facing similar challenges, we publish the questions and answers on our directory, but they are completely anonymized. Your name, email, and contact details are strictly kept private and never published.
Q3. Can the online vet diagnose my pet?
No. Online advice cannot replace an in-person physical examination. Our experts provide educational guidance, help interpret symptoms, and advise you on what questions to ask your local vet, but they cannot formally diagnose or prescribe medication online.
Q4. How much does it cost to ask a question?
There is currently a $0 service fee to use our Ask the Expert platform. We provide this to help you get professional peace of mind before booking an in-clinic visit.

Q1. What happens to my data after I fill out a form?
For appointment requests, your contact info is securely shared only with the specific local clinics (maximum of 3) tasked with booking your slot. For 'Ask the Expert' requests, your medical notes are shared with our consulting vet, but your contact information is never shared with them or anyone else.
Q2. Will you sell my contact info to spam advertisers?
Absolutely not. We only pass your details to licensed veterinary providers specifically to fulfill the exact request you submitted. We hate spam and will never rent or sell your contact information to third-party marketers.
Q3. How can I request to have my data deleted?
You retain full control over your data. Simply email our data privacy team at privacy@[yourdomain].com, and we will permanently remove all your personal data and contact history from our records within 48 hours.
